The best day/weekend spent at the Carrickdale Hotel for Our Wedding Weekend.. From a very young age I have always loved this hotel, lots of celebrations we have had here, from my 1st Holy Communion, Birthdays, Anniversaries and regular dining at the weekend, we would not have chosen anywhere else. Amazing staff that nothing is a problem, Michelle was our wedding host, she was absolutely fantastic from we had booked this venue. The beautiful grounds & area for all photographs, everything all in the one place that you need. We had the best time, highly recommend ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ Thank you all again Michael & Katie Gribben

We recently had our wedding at the Carrickdale Hotel, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From start to finish, the day was absolutely perfect. The food was outstanding — our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was (especially the duck rolls, they were unreal!). A special mention has to go to Michelle, the wedding coordinator, who was an absolute star. She made the whole process effortless for myself (Stephen) and my wife, Louise. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her professionalism and warmth made the day run seamlessly. We’d also like to give a huge thank-you to all the staff — everyone was so friendly, attentive, and professional. Everything ran like clockwork, and it really allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. We’d highly recommend the Carrickdale Hotel to anyone planning their wedding — it truly was everything we could have hoped for and more.

Stayed here a few nights with friends. Breakfast on both mornings was a complete shambles! So many young staff but NONE available to assist. We waited a lengthy time to be served, staff completely ignoring us. tea arrived, had to wait 4 mins for milk! Cooked breakfast was totally finished, we got up to go and guess what……the toast arrived. Will definitely never stay here again.

We attended a formal event last weekend, and throughly enjoyed our night. Despite the large number of people in attendance, the food service was very attentive and entertainment was fantastic. One thing that has bothered me all week is that a senior barman on duty was wearing a face mask which I found very off putting.

Our Wedding Day🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 There was no other place on my mind from i was a very young age... 'The Carrickdale Hotel' I had my 1st Holy Communion here & always told me family from that, "I am getting married here" The feeling, atmosphere, luxury feeling & the staff, from start to finish every time we go is just above & beyond. We recently got married at the Carrickdale Hotel and we could not recommend it enough . From the moment we went to the wedding viewing we fell in love with it. Amy our wedding coordinator was just amazing . Nothing was ever to much for her she was always so prompt with email reply's, she was so kind and helpful and always put us at ease. Such a genuinely lovely person. The food was absolutely gorgeous all our guests commented on how lovely it was. The gardens were absolutely stunning our guests loved going for a walk in them . All the staff were amazing and so helpful we couldn’t have asked for a better venue . Thank yous so much.

From the moment we checked in to checking out , our experience was outstanding. We arrived early and went for a bite of lunch, the tomato and basil soup was delicious. We then checked in to a spotlessy clean room with everything you need including robes and slippers. The leisure centre is great, an outside hot tub with mountain views, a lovely pool, sauna, steam room and refreshing plunge pool. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, the staff are the real asset to this hotel, everyone of them merit a special mention, so professional and friendly, we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. We are already planning a return visit.

All the staff were so helpful and attentive. I had two small children with me and the staff went out of their way to help me in all the areas (restaurant/swimming pool/reception).
